Hire Your BestFriend

Every business
needs a BestFriend.

Strategic marketing support without adding another full-time employee.

BestFriend doesn’t start with random tactics. We start by identifying what your business is trying to accomplish, gathering the evidence needed to understand the situation, and creating a strategy before making a move.

The BestFriend Method

There’s a reason
behind every move.

  1. Objective

What are we trying to accomplish?

  2. Evidence

What do we already know, and what do we need to learn? When useful evidence already exists, BestFriend audits it. When the evidence does not exist, BestFriend researches it.

  3. Strategy

What should we do based on the evidence?

  4. Execution

Who is responsible for making it happen depends on the BestFriend level selected.

  5. Measurement

What happened? What worked? What needs to change?

  6. System

When appropriate, successful processes are organized and documented so they can be repeated.

Every move starts with an objective.
Every recommendation requires evidence.
Every action starts with strategy.

The goal holds everything together

One contract.
One Main Objective.

Every BestFriend engagement is built around one Main Objective (Primary Engagement Goal)—the primary business or marketing outcome the engagement exists to help advance.

Throughout the engagement, BestFriend and the client work through smaller Supporting Objectives (Strategic Priorities). Every Supporting Objective must directly advance the contracted Main Objective.

If a requested project, campaign, initiative, deliverable, or objective does not directly support the Main Objective, it is outside the agreed scope. It may require separate à-la-carte pricing or a formal scope change.

A little clarity before we choose

What we mean.

Main Objective Primary Engagement Goal
The single primary outcome the contract exists to help advance. There is one Main Objective per contract.
Supporting Objectives Strategic Priorities
Smaller weekly or monthly priorities that directly advance the Main Objective.
Custom Scope Statement of Work / SOW
The written scope defining the approved objectives, responsibilities, services, research, access, tools, implementation, Reserved Weekly Capacity, boundaries, and other work included in the engagement.
Reserved Weekly Capacity
The amount of BestFriend working capacity reserved for the client each week within the approved Custom Scope. Capacity is a guardrail. Clients are not purchasing miscellaneous hourly labor. Unused capacity does not roll over, accumulate, transfer, or convert into unrelated services.

Four levels. Increasing ownership.

Choose how much
you want to hand over.

You choose the relationship level. BestFriend uses the appropriate skills, research methods, services, tools, systems, and processes to advance the agreed objective within your approved scope.

How this engagement works

Advisor designation

While actively engaged, the client may list:

BestFriend in Digital Marketing or Your BestFriend

as an approved Marketing Advisor or Business Advisor on approved business materials.

This designation does not automatically create legal board membership, voting rights, fiduciary responsibility, management authority, or authority to bind the company.

Any formal legal board or fiduciary role requires a separate written agreement.

Execution

Client executes.

Access

Minimal.

Client provides the information and materials necessary for the current Supporting Objective.

Customization

The current Supporting Objective may change freely within the advisory scope as long as it continues to support the Main Objective.

BFF · The work stays with you

Built to stay.

BFF is not called BestFriend Forever because BestFriend works for your business forever. It is called BestFriend Forever because the systems, processes, workflows, documentation, operating resources, and infrastructure created during the engagement are designed to remain part of your business after BestFriend leaves.

BestFriend doesn’t just fill the role.
BestFriend builds the role.

Systems, SOPs + Handoff Playbook

The goal is for a future employee or leader to step into a documented, organized function rather than starting from scratch.

Your BFF legacy benefit

After successful completion of the BFF engagement, approved BestFriend affiliation/designation may continue to appear on agreed business documents for up to two years without requiring a new ongoing service contract.

This benefit does not automatically extend operational authority, decision-making authority, employment status, active representation, management responsibility, or an ongoing service relationship. Any continuing authority or services require a separate written agreement.

Clear expectations from the start

Your support. Your scope.

Choose the level of support you need. We’ll define your goal and what’s included before work begins.

If your needs change, we’ll discuss any scope or pricing updates with you first.

How hiring BestFriend works

From “I need help”
to “Let’s get to work.”

  1. Choose your level of support

Compare the four BestFriend relationship levels and starting investments, then choose the support you need.

  2. Tell BestFriend what you need

Complete the project inquiry form on this page. Tell BestFriend what your business does, what you are trying to accomplish, what is currently getting in the way, and what kind of support you think you need.

  3. Talk through your goals

We’ll discuss your priorities, answer your questions, and clarify what you want to accomplish with your selected level of support.

  4. Custom Scope + agreement

Your agreement sets out your selected BestFriend level, Main Objective, Custom Scope / Statement of Work (SOW), Reserved Weekly Capacity, responsibilities, access requirements, and pricing.

  5. Activate your BestFriend

Sign the agreement and submit the required first payment. Your engagement is officially reserved once your agreement is signed and your first payment is received.

  6. Schedule your kickoff

Only signed AND paid clients receive access to the BestFriend kickoff calendar. Inquiry submission alone does not unlock kickoff scheduling.

Your engagement is officially reserved once your agreement is signed and your first payment is received.

Your move, BestFriend

Ready to put your BestFriend to work?

Tell me what you’re trying to accomplish, what’s getting in the way, and where you think you need help.

Choose the level of support you’re interested in. Have questions? Include them in your inquiry.

Your inquiry starts the conversation. We’ll discuss your goals and the details of working together before you sign an agreement. Submitting the form does not create a service relationship or reserve capacity.

Fields marked * are required.

Optional. You can submit this form and receive the response, results, or service you requested without subscribing. You can unsubscribe anytime. See the Privacy Policy.

Clarity comes before clicks.

You don’t need more random marketing.

You need a clear objective, real evidence, a strategy built for your business—and the right BestFriend beside you to help carry it as far as you need.

You choose the destination.
Your BestFriend level determines how much of the journey BestFriend owns.
