These Terms of Use apply to mybestfriendindm.com and its related pages and features. By using the website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

BestFriend in Digital Marketing is operated by Chauntā Sharp in Georgia, United States. “BestFriend,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BestFriend in Digital Marketing and Chauntā Sharp.

Information and services

The website shares portfolio work, educational marketing content, resources, recommendations, assessments, and information about services. Website content is general information and does not create a client relationship. A professional engagement begins only through a separate written agreement accepted by both parties.

No guaranteed results

Marketing, public relations, audience growth, search visibility, sales, and business results depend on many factors outside BestFriend’s control. Examples, case studies, testimonials, assessment results, strategies, and recommendations do not promise or guarantee a particular outcome.

F.O.C.U.S. Assessment

The BestFriend F.O.C.U.S. Assessment™ is an educational planning tool designed to help identify a possible area of marketing focus. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other licensed professional advice, and its results should not be treated as a guarantee or complete business diagnosis.

Email communications and marketing choices

When you provide an email address, BestFriend may send messages needed to complete what you requested, such as an inquiry confirmation, assessment result, FOCUS Reset, payment or scheduling information, or consultation communication.

Marketing email is optional and requires a separate, unchecked opt-in. You may submit forms, receive requested materials, and purchase services without agreeing to marketing. If you opt in, you may unsubscribe at any time. An unsubscribe request applies to marketing messages and does not prevent necessary service messages related to a request or purchase.

Email marketing permission does not provide permission for marketing text messages. Any text-message marketing permission must be requested separately.

Brain Dump consultations

Brain Dump with Your BestFriend is a paid standalone strategic consultation, not a discovery call and not a promise of a particular business result. Payment, scheduling, meeting access, cancellation, and rescheduling may involve third-party providers such as Square, Calendly, and Zoom and may also be subject to their terms and privacy practices.

Private Brain Dump submissions are not automatically licensed for public content, marketing, testimonials, case studies, or Brain Dump LIVE. Any future public or promotional use of a customer’s name, image, company, submission, recording, testimonial, or consultation content requires separate permission.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original copy, layouts, graphics, downloads, methods, and brand materials—including the BestFriend F.O.C.U.S. Framework™—belong to BestFriend or are used with permission. You may view and use publicly offered resources for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, resell, republish, remove attribution from, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Client names, logos, photographs, and other client-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed as portfolio examples or with permission.

Comments and user submissions

You are responsible for anything you submit. Do not post confidential information or content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive, infringing, promotional spam, or harmful. By submitting a public comment, you confirm that you have the right to share it and give BestFriend permission to display, format, and respond to it as part of the Text Blog.

BestFriend may moderate, hide, or remove submissions and may restrict use of interactive features when reasonably necessary. To request removal of your comment, email us with enough information to identify it.

Third-party links and affiliate relationships

The website may link to third-party websites, tools, downloads, platforms, or services. BestFriend does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Some links may be affiliate links, as explained in the Affiliate Disclosure.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
