• F.O.C.U.S. Assessment: Your first name, email address, assessment answers, category scores, overall score, recommended focus area, marketing opt-in choice, and the page or referral source connected with the submission.
• BestFriend FOCUS Reset: Your name, email address, goals, priorities, bottlenecks, action steps, marketing opt-in choice, and the page or referral source connected with the submission. Downloaded copies are created in your browser.
• Brain Dump: Your contact information, business or brand details, written submission, optional voice note, requested areas of clarity, links or materials you ask us to review, marketing opt-in choice, and submission details needed to provide the consultation.
• Text Blog comments: The display name or nickname you provide, your comment, the related post, timestamps, and any public reply from BestFriend. Your display name and comment are publicly visible.
• Optional analytics: If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, referral source, and browser or device information.
• Technical information: Hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical logs, such as IP address, request time, and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.

How we use information

We use information to provide assessment and FOCUS Reset results, respond to inquiries, prepare for and provide Brain Dump consultations, recommend relevant next steps, operate and moderate comments, improve site content and performance, understand how visitors find and use the website, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Requested emails and optional marketing

When you submit a form, we may send the message you asked for, such as a contact confirmation, assessment result, FOCUS Reset, payment or scheduling information, or communication about your consultation. These are service messages connected to your request.

Marketing email is separate and optional. We will use an email address for marketing only when the marketing checkbox is selected. The checkbox is not preselected, and leaving it unchecked does not block a form, result, consultation, purchase, or response.
